- Chocolate cookie pie shell
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can dulce de leche (13.4 oz)
- 1 c. cold brew coffee concentrate
- 2 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
- Combine the cream cheese, dulce de leche, and cold brew coffee. Beat until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream
- Spoon mixture into pie shell.
- Chill for 2 hours
