Cafe Au Lait Pie

Ingredients

  • Chocolate cookie pie shell
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can dulce de leche (13.4 oz)
  • 1 c. cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 2 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped

Directions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, dulce de leche, and cold brew coffee. Beat until well mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream
  3. Spoon mixture into pie shell.
  4. Chill for 2 hours
