Makers Mark Flank Steak


Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Makers Mark
  • 1/2 c low sodium soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 flank steak

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Marinate flank steak for 6 hours.
  3. Reserve marinade. Broil meat on high for approximately 6 minutes per side. Or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
  4. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Boil marinade for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice meat thinly across the grain.
  7. Pour boiled marinade over the sliced meat.
  8. Serve over garlic toast.
